17 JUNE 1908 Birth of American composer and pianist John VERRALL in Iowa, raised in Seattle and died in there in 2001. He was a composer and professor of music at the University of Washington. His body of work includes a wide variety of instrumental, orchestral, chamber and vocal compositions. MORE
